Precani had been listening to music, reading a book on her phone when she felt something soft brush against her shoulder.
"Hey Rani!" A voice said happily, cutting through the music she was listening to. Rani's lips quirked into a quick smile which soon faded as quickly as it came before she turned and looked at who was beside her--
"So what's up? It's pretty quiet lately huh?" Her cousin said, grinning. Her cat tail swinging around- apparently she had decided to let it out since she knew it was just herself and Rani in the room. The necklace which disguised her cat ears was still on though, Precani noticed.
"Hmm... yes, I suppose it is..." Rani said in reply "And you, Yuki? You haven't been getting any new injuries have you...?"
In response, her cousin just grinned sheepishly-- Rani immediately noticed her tail stopped moving when she asked "Nope, no new injuries! See?" She spun in place as if to prove her point-- then Rani caught sight of a slight tear in the back of Yuki's gray jacket.
"What's this...?" Rani asked, frowning as she stared pointedly at the hole.
"What's wha...?" Yuki started to say, trailing off as she realized she had been caught "Oops, guess I forgot to fix that"
"Yuki..." The warning tone in the younger girl's voice was obvious, and even though Yuki was older by her than a year, she couldn't help but shiver slightly.
"Fine fine... you caught me" The cat hybrid mumbled, pulling off her necklace to stop the disguise spell. Her cat ears immediately appeared on top of her dark brown hair- and they were downcast as she continued speaking "I may have gotten hit by an arrow..."
"..."
"....okay fine maybe two--"
"......."
"...w-well it was maybe six or five... o-or a lot..."
"Yuki"
"O-okay fine it was because I was trying to get some guy out okay!" Yuki puffed her cheeks.
"'Some guy out'?" Rani asked, raising a brow as her cousin avoided her gaze.
"...His name's Trevor. He's an Angel but his wings are broken because they captured him and--"
Rani let out a sigh, leaning back on her chair and putting a hand over her eyes. "Yuki, you know you'll just exhaust yourself keeping up all those spells too long!"
Yuki couldn't help but feel like she was a child being scolded "I-I know but- I couldn't just leave him there okay! He's honestly just confused and-"
"Where is he now?" Rani interrupted, sounding tired.
"Huh?"
"Where is this... Angel named 'Trevor'?" She said, looking at her cousin sideways.
"Oh he's with Mark-"
"The Demon?" She groaned.
"...yeahhhh good point, Mark is pretty unreliable..."
"...Bring them here" She sighed.
"Whaaaaa?" Rani tried not to facepalm.
"Bring. The two of them. Here." She repeated, this time looking at her cousin. Yuki blinked a few times before grinning. Rani quickly added before she could say anything else "You guys must have been travelling for awhile now right? Besides, you better tend to your injuries... just don't let Mark anywhere near me"
"Err, no promises on the last one- but--" Yuki quickly hugged her cousin happily, to which the latter just patted the girl's arm awkwardly. She wasn't much for hugs "Thank you so much Rani! I promise we won't mess up your house, be right back!"
With that, the Neko witch ran off to get her Angel and Demon companions.
Rani sighed. Oh well, at least it wouldn't be too quiet for awhile, though she wasn't sure if that was a good thing...

Just a little something I uploaded to tumblr >w>;; I was bored and felt like typing down some interaction between my OCs Precani and Yuki.
Oh and Trevor's really character from one of my stories. I sorta made him randomly with Dreamselfy and really liked how it turned out so-- ended up putting him in Yuki and Mark's story. Fun fact: In some of my older stories, "Mark" was "Yuki's" companion in one story while "Trevor" was a Prince who accompanied another "Yuki" on her adventures (I wasn't very creative with the heroine's names back then). The personalities of the Mark, Trevor and Yuki from those old stories are different from the personalities of the OCs I mentioned here though.
It's been awhile since I wrote about Rani and Yuki together~ This was supposed to be short but uhh, somehow ended up longer xD;; Maybe someday I'll write about Yuki's adventures and upload it, but for now it'll be in my head and in my laptop >w>
Off to sleep for me~
