I finally finished her sideview fffff-- also, I made a few edits to her fullbody so it's the current uniform ovo Wasn't sure what colors to go with for her sideview, so I went with green to match the kerchief she usually wears around her neck.

Personality:
  Maiko is a carefree person who tends to be impulsive, always following her instincts. She tends to have a one track mind but can be easily distracted by waving something colorful at the corner of her eye. She’s a bit of an airhead and tends to forget people’s names, calling her by traits distinctive to her. She has a tendency to act like a puppy, sulking when she doesn’t get what she wants but easy to cheer up. Though she isn’t clumsy, when she gets too focused on following something she doesn’t seem to notice obstacles that could easily trip her up.
History:
  Maiko is a girl who lives with her twin Reito and single mom, spending most of her days playing with her twin. Then one day she woke up and began to claim that she was the reincarnation of someone’s pet turned human- after that, she became much more active. Her twin had fun playing with her as she was a family pet, though her mom was horrified by it. She started to be teased at school about it but she made it seem like a game so it didn’t get too bad.

  Once she got to middle school, she managed to stop most of her tendencies to act like a pet after her twin (jokingly) sent her out to fight some bullies. She managed to get out with just a bruised arm and detention when a teacher caught them. But in return, she started stopping by the nearby pet store and helping out there.

  It was there that she heard about Ikehara High. Some students passed by the store and talked about some of it’s more… interesting points. One of the things they talked about was someone from the occult club selling potions- hiding behind the door, she perked up at that. Could it be… that person has potions that could return her to her previous form?! Excited about that, she immediately begged her mom (with her best puppy dog face) to let her enroll there. It took some convincing since her twin wanted to go to a different school, but her mom eventually gave in. She then joined Ikehara and immediately went in search of this potions person! Onwards!
