^{I feel like editing his info all over again Among all my guy OCs, he's almost as awkward as Jacob-- and Jacob doesn't have a written history I might end up redoing his info eventually... it really doesn't feel like it's enough

AND AND-- His weapons and spiky hair Faaaail-- but idk I looked at his bow and was like "Oh this could be a staff- //looks at quiver// ....or a bat" and yeah-- Though I guess in the RWBYverse this might not be practical-- I seriously might change it later. I need to work on this guy moooooore

....oh. right. And I tried spiky hair this time since all my OCs had flowy hair/curly hair or something- 'sides, I need to practice other hairstyles- and I rarely make guys so why not

Oh and the original file for his app got corrupted or something, so I had to it all over again in case you're wondering why it looks different from the old one ;v;

Semblance: "Bubbles"
Eiji can form some of his Aura into "bubbles", which can contain objects or dust and allow him to float it to his target. He can direct where the bubbles will go, but this needs him to concentrate or else they will float wherever the wind takes them. The bubbles cannot contain anything too heavy, as it needs Eiji's full concentration should he ever try (He will eventually pass out after a few minutes if he does).
The bubbles can also work as a sort of "homing signal" for Eiji once they touch an item and pop, allowing him to sense where they once were and aim better. The bubbles can contain a handful of dust, and once popped they can cause a small explosion to activate the dust. As a result of using his semblance too long however, Eiji will black out and his left eye will temporarily change color to Copper brown during and after his semblance is used.
Weapon: Seeker/C-curve (Recurve bow-"bat")
[The bat part is not the bow, but the Quiver- despite its appearance, it's actually made out of metal, with special mechanisms in it to keep Arrows in. He can change which kind of arrows come out, so that he has different combinations of Arrows with and without the use of Dust. He rarely uses the Seeker's bat form, using his Bow and Arrows much more often.]

Personality:
Normally Quiet||Awkward||A little rebellious||Curious||Observant||Naive||Clumsy||Honest
  Eiji is normally very quiet, when around most people. He's a bit awkward and clumsy, without the support of friends. Because of how he grew up, he's a bit rebellious when it comes to following rules, sometimes doing the opposite of what the rules say just to test a theory he thought about. He's forever curious about small things he notices, which sometimes leads him into trouble or into small adventures. He's also observant, so that he could have decent grades without failing. Unfortunately Eiji tends to stutter and be very clumsy when someone surprises him, especially after taking a nap. He is however very honest, and is very good at listening when someone needs to rant about something.
History:
  Eiji is the middle child, having an older sister and a younger brother. His parents and his sister were all Hunters/Huntresses, as were his grandparents before them. Both his parents insisted that he learn to be a Hunter, having grown up as one themselves. He didn't want to, but he had no choice. He wasn't the eldest, the one where all responsibility was, and neither was he the youngest, who was somewhat spoiled- He was the middle child, who was expected to follow in his sister's footsteps and make way for his younger brother. He hated that, hated being the one expected to just follow the rules. But he kept quiet about it. Despite everything, he did not want his younger brother to be rebellious. He still loved his family after all.

  So he ended up following in his sister's footsteps. He didn't really put too much effort into school, just managing to pass and have average grades. He had an awkward relationship with his family, and grew a bit distant from them. He ended up going out with his group of friends more often. They weren't exactly a bad group, they weren't the best either- but he did fit in, somehow. Some of them simply trained to become a Hunter/Huntress because they knew nothing else- he related to them very well. They weren't the most popular- in fact, they were probably the least noticed group in school. Their weapons weren't that extraordinary. They had some interesting qualities, but that was it.

  So to Eiji, his life wasn't the best- in fact, he appeared to be invisible to some. Some might say his life was uninteresting- but to him, there were some adventures with his group that he didn't tell anyone about. There were always little things that his friends would find, starting a small adventure. From a pointless cat chase to finding a lost item, Eiji enjoyed those little mysteries. His sister thought that was a bit childish of him... his brother thought the opposite. He seemed cool enough if you knew the adventures- at least, his friends thought so. And this was the way he went through his years at Signal, not realizing how much time passed...

  It seemed like time was against him when he was reminded of Graduation day. His last year at Signal Academy, and his friends were uncomfortably aware of it as well. It meant that he had to take an Entrance Exam for the next school year... of course, having wasted his time a little, he didn't know what Academies to enroll to. He took all the ones his friends took- and the ones his parents made him take as well. One of those schools was Pharos Academy. Among the entrance exams he took, he passed very few of them. He would've gone to the same school as his friends, but they were all in different schools and were quite prepared to handle it on their own.

  So he followed their example. He chose Pharos Academy because no one he knew was there- well, no one he knew well anyway. Eiji knew his parents and his sister wouldn't oppose his decision, since it still meant he was going to become a Hunter someday. It was too late to change his path now...
Extra:
-Some of his arrows have Dust on them, to give different effects. Most of his arrows have their own mechanisms though.
-Although Eiji is actually quite smart, his lack of effort in school was part of what made him "invisible" to others. He could've crafted a better weapon, but did not feel like making a double/triple weapon like most students as he was satisfied with his bow.
-His bow is named "Seeker" because his first name for it was "C-curve", because of its shape. It was changed to Seeker because it sounded similar to its Original name.
-His Quiver doesn't actually show the arrow ends, I just drew them to show the arrows. The Quiver actually has a mechanism that allows it to keep the arrows inside even when tipped over, allowing Eiji to use it as a "bat" when he unstraps it.
-Normally found carrying an unusual amount of books to the library, leading him to be bumped into often
-Eiji focuses more on Theory than reality, and that's what he thinks about often
-Seeker can be bent so he can keep it with the Quiver, but Eiji prefers not to keep it unless he's in the Academy and he has no choice but to do so.
-Up until he was 15, he was actually pretty short. But he had a growth spurt and even after 2 years he's still not comfortable with his height~
-Despite being a Hunter-in-training, Eiji actually knows where almost every single book in the library is.
-He actually knows the names of most people in the school, but rarely talks to them.
-He can play the flute- he learned it because one of his friends taught him how.
-When drunk, Eiji becomes more violent and loud- he doesn't appear to be shy at all when drunk. He's unable to remember what happens when he's drunk (much to his friend's embarrassment and relief) but he appears to have a very hazy image as to what happened while he was drunk. Whether he did something "wrong" or not, he will still apologize to whoever he happened to be with when he was drunk (If he manages to remember who he was with).
-One of the reasons Eiji wears gloves is because he heard of a saying that if you look at an Archer's hand, you can see their skill with the bow- he has yet to find someone who can actually tell someone's skill from that, so he mostly just wears gloves for protection (Also because he gets nervous about touching people directly)
-If there were nations in the RWBYverse, Eiji's family would be of mixed Asian and Western descent. Which is why he calls his older sister "nee-san"
-Found out his semblance when his siblings came over for one visit to Pharos, some time after the Vday dance. His sister mentioned he had liked bubbles a lot when Eiji was younger, and his younger brother, wanting to see bubbles, immediately demanded that Eiji make bubbles. He ended up making a mixture for his younger brother, and when the bowl almost dropped off the table Eiji reached out-- and formed a bubble around it, much to his younger brother's delight. His sister popped the bubble and caught the bowl, and quickly inspected Eiji for any changes. After awhile, she proudly said that he finally discovered his semblance, and told him to practice with it when he can.
-Eiji's still experimenting with his semblance, but since he's not used to it (he did discover it really late after all) he blacks out pretty often, so you may find him passed out somewhere around the school.
-During Summertime Eiji spends most of it with his siblings, because his sister comes over and stays in town for awhile. He feels awkward about it because they grew apart, but his sister really tries to be the big sister she wasn't when they were younger.
-Unofficially, Tiefen, Sini, Eiji, Wilona and Sorrell are the "Library Defense Squad"
